I develop and lead strategic design workshops to guide teams towards a more collaborative, functional, and iterative engagement model.

I negotiate with project partners to prioritize actions that create value and drive products forward. I use “Storytelling” to explain concepts to stakeholders.

I facilitate collaborative problem solving to bring ideas to life. To do this I use journey maps, wireframes, task flows, service blueprints, and prototypes.

I combine human-centered insights with business goals to create viable and holistic experiences supported by objectives and outcomes.

Bringing it all together: thinking holistically

My approach to the next-generation operating model.

I align the business on a few key journeys that will help demonstrate the model’s potential.

Secondly I need to determine which levers can be implemented using internal resources and which will require bringing in resources from outside.

Finally it is time to implement the model. The full impact of the next-generation operating model comes from combining operational improvement efforts around customer and internal journeys with the integrated use of approaches and capabilities.
